🌟 Refund & Return Policy
📦 Standard Returns – 30 Days
Returns are only accepted for products over $100 and must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise, e.g., 100-Day Trial).
Conditions:

The item must be in its original packaging, free from stains or damage.

The product must still be available for sale on our website to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

A maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for refunds. Unlimited exchanges or store credit are allowed.

For exchanges, any price difference must be paid by the customer or refunded if the new item is of lesser value. Exchanges are shipped once the returned product is received.
Fees:

A $10 restocking and processing fee applies per return.

We do not offer prepaid return labels – you are responsible for purchasing your return shipping.

You must provide valid tracking information once your return is shipped. Failure to do so may result in your refund or exchange being denied.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Methods:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or as exchanges.

If we cannot process the refund through the original method, a store credit of equal value will be issued.
🛏️ 100-Day Trial (For Eligible Products)
Some of our products include a 100-Day Risk-Free Trial, clearly mentioned on the product page.
📋 Trial Conditions:

Applies only to products over $100.

The product must be in good condition, without excessive wear, damage, or stains.

The product must still be listed for sale on our website.

Limit of one return or exchange per customer under the 100-Day Trial, and only on the first-time purchase.
🔁 How It Works:

Email maxauger@me.com with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for buying and sending your return label.

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
❗ Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Please reach out to us before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
👉 If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, you will forfeit any eligibility for a refund or return, including the 100-day trial.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photo proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🎁 Digital Gift Policy
If your order included a free digital gift (e.g., discount code, e-book, downloadable content) and no return is possible, the commercial value of the digital gift will be deducted from the total refund.
Digital gifts are considered consumed upon delivery and cannot be returned.
