Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below, which apply to all purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy programs.


1. Subscriptions

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to securely store your payment details and to charge you automatically according to the plan, frequency, and duration you selected.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term unless cancelled in advance.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation takes effect for future orders only and does not apply retroactively.

  • Orders already processed, shipped, or delivered under a subscription cannot be cancelled.

2. Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is out of stock or not yet released.

  • At checkout, we may charge a deposit, a partial payment, or no payment until the item becomes available.

  • By placing a pre-order, you consent to us charging your stored payment method for the full remaining balance once the order is ready to ship.

  • A pre-order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once fulfilled, the pre-order cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a refund under the conditions outlined in our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

  • If a product release is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.


3. Try Before You Buy

  • When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, your payment method will be authorized at checkout. This authorization is not an immediate charge.

  • You will have a defined trial period (specified at checkout) to decide whether to keep or return the item.

  • If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount automatically.

  • Items returned after the trial period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless explicitly stated in our [Returns & Refunds Policy].


4. General Rules

  • No Retroactive Cancellations: Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered cannot be cancelled.

  • Fraud & Unauthorized Use: We reserve the right to investigate and reject any cancellation or refund request in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of our services.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our customer service team constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with proof of purchase, shipment, and customer communication.

  • Force Majeure & Delays: In cases of delays outside our control (customs, carriers, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, etc.), cancellations are not guaranteed. Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

  • Legal Jurisdiction: This policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country of our business registration, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively under that jurisdiction.
